Most PopOut parcels reach their new homes in 3–7 working days. Big cities get them quicker, while smaller towns may take a little extra time — but we promise, the wait is worth it!

Good news: shipping is free on all prepaid orders above 799! 🎉 For Cash on Delivery, there’s a tiny fee of Rs.99. Shipping charges aren’t refundable, but your smiles definitely are.

If it says Out for Delivery, your PopOut box is already nearby and should reach you the same day or the next day. If it’s being shy, check the courier link or give us a shout — we’ll help bring it home.

Oh no! This happens if the courier couldn’t reach you or tried delivering a few times without success. Don’t worry — your favourite patches and tees are still waiting for you. You can simply place the order again or reach out, and we’ll guide you.

No worries! 🚚 The courier will usually try again the next working day. If you want to reschedule or update delivery details, you can use the tracking link or contact the courier directly. And of course, we’re here if you need help.
