You can also choose Cash on Delivery (COD) for extra convenience.

Refunds are initiated once the returned item reaches our warehouse and goes through a quick quality check.

After that, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days depending on the mode of payment.

After cancellation, your refund is initiated immediately and typically reflects within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.

Note: Orders can only be cancelled as long as they haven’t been shipped yet.

Please note that both the Cash on Delivery fee and shipping fee if applied is not refundable, as it is charged for the convenience of small cart/COD payment option by the courier partners.
