We provide a no-questions-asked return within 5 days of delivery for your convenience.
Note: A nominal fee of 99/- will be applied to cover return shipping and handling expenses.
Returning your PopOut item is super easy:
- Log in to your account 👩💻
- Head to your Orders Page 📋
- Select the order with the product(s) you’d like to return or replace
- On the Order Details page, choose a reason for return 🔄
- Click the ‘Return’ button next to the product 🎁
Just make sure your product is still within the return window and eligible for return.

We just ask that the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging when you send it back, so we can process your return smoothly.
Oh no! That's not the PopOut way. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@popoutfashion.com with photos of the item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Yes, please! All returns must include the original packaging. T-shirts should have their tags intact, and patches must be returned in their original packaging. This ensures smooth quality checks and makes processing of your refund easy and hassle free.
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges through our website.
The easiest way to exchange would be to simply return your order and place a new one with your preferred size or design.
