Returns & Exchange
Returns:
If you wish to return your product for any reason, you can do so within 5 days of delivery. A nominal fee of 99/- will be applied to cover return shipping and handling expenses.
Exchange:
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, we’ll happily replace it at no extra cost. To help us resolve this quickly, please report any defects within 48 hours of delivery.
Returning or swapping your PopOut item is super easy:
- Log in to your account 👩💻
- Head to your Orders Page 📋
- Select the order with the product(s) you’d like to return or replace
- On the Order Details page, choose a reason for return 🔄
- Click the ‘Return’ or ‘Replace’ button next to the product 🎁
Just make sure your product is still within the return window and eligible for return/exchange.
Changed your mind and want to keep your PopOut goodies? 🎁 No problem! You can simply hit the “Cancel Return” or “Cancel Replacement” button on your Order Details page.
However, cancellation won’t be possible if:
- the pickup has already been arranged with our courier partner 🚚
- the product has already been picked up 📦
- or we’ve shipped out your replacement item 🎉
In those cases, your request is already in motion — but don’t worry, our team is always here to guide you.
